冷蔵庫の使い方は難しい。
なんでも冷蔵庫に詰めておくと使えなくなる。
うちの冷蔵庫がまさにそうだ。
どんどんと買っては詰めていくから、何が入っているかわからない。
まるで整理の悪い物置だ。
その中から材料を探す。
表面を探すことになるので、大抵決まって来る。これがバリエーションをなくす理由だ。
冷蔵庫管理人は消費を司っている人が行う。
その人のセンスが悪いと冷蔵庫は開かずの物置となり、効率よく使えていない。
冷蔵庫に何もかも放り込む人は利用のセンスはない。
これは私の思い込みか？
今日の弁当:
今日も残りの冷やご飯を使ってチャーハン
味はインスタントのスパゲッティの袋入りの調味料。とてもケチャップとは言えないが、少しケチャップを足すことでまともな味になる。
冷凍の鳥の唐揚げ。
レンジで調理する専用の物。美味しくない。
やはり唐揚げは油で揚げるべし。
それからミズナの卵とじ。
これはうまい。
ということで、朝５時から作る弁当は完成。
昼に食べると結構うまい。

今日は正月明け始めての自分のための弁当
それもソフトバンクでもらったお父さん弁当箱。今年の干支です。
結構たくさん入ります。
今日の弁当は、
チャーハン
ウインナーの焼いたの
卵焼にひじきをくるんだもの
にしんの昆布巻き
でーす。まだ正月の残り物があります。
でもすごく美味しい。自分で作ったものが一番自分の口に合うようです。

It’s day off today.
The world around me is moving usually.
The day after tomorrow my work will begin suddenly. The new year of Japan is called “Shougatsu” .
My Shougatsu is very busy because I want to do a lot of things. If possible I want to study languages. Now I am studying Italian and French at the same time. So interesting. I can learn a lot of things beyond studying English.
Let’s continue it. My near future plan will go through Italia to Austria by train. So I think that the good speaker of Itarian and German language will be the good travel, I’m sure.
Today’ s bentou is Yakiniki bentou.
Baked beef and onions with barbecue taste.
This is taste good. It is just fit to rice.
Can you eat them?

仕事は、9日から。
定年退職すると結構気楽。
給料が減った分、心に余裕ができる。
消費にどっぷり浸かった生活を標準とすると夫婦ふたりで月34万円の生活費がかかると試算する銀行系リサーチもある。
でもこれはあくまで、消費大好き人間の話。
妻の知り合いの中には、男女共働きで年金たっぷり、旅行に行きまくって、もう行くとこないと言うてる人もいるらしい。
そうなってはおしまい。
明日は檜になろうと言う精神は必要。
つまり少し、足りないぐらいがちょうどいい。
今日の親父の弁当は、これも子供のために朝５時から作りました。
白米に釘煮、そして海鮮のふりかけ
おかずは、昨日の残りのカレーをフライパンで焼き、卵で包んだオムレツ。それと、ウインナーソーセージをグリルで焼いたもの。
それから正月の残りのにしんの昆布巻き。
結構美味しいと思う。

新春4日
正月はふるさとの奈良へ帰ってきた。
介護で一週間に一回帰っているので、いつものことですが、正月は妹の子供たちと言っても、もう大人の姪たちが来るので面白い。
関西風のすき焼きを作ります。
一人は名古屋の人なので、異文化理解です。
今日も子供の弁当です。
In Japanese Shougatsu everybody come together at the home town’s parent’s house.
Nara prefecture Gose City is my home town.
Today’s bentou is a chinese style.
My son bought them at the airport.

And I want to introduce my home town’s fire festival in fourteens January at the Kisshou Souji temple.

A Happy New Year second day
I play With JENGA alone. I think wether if I should take it to my parent house tommorow.
I will go there for the greeting of new year.
Then I will cook Sukiyaki for everybody.
I roled the sea archin with fried egg and arranged the boiled carrot and fried toufu with Japanese traditional taste.

A Happy New Year
新年明けましておめでとうございます。
今日は元旦ですが、子供が一月一日からお仕事。年がら年中、やり続けないといけない仕事です。
ということで、今日は妻が作ったおせち料理を詰めました。
Usually I put the rice in the larger box and the side dish in other small box.
Traditionally in Japan we eat the Osechi cuisine
using the special daily dish.
Lotus loots, Arrowhead, Tangle role ,Shrimp,
Sweet beans and so on.
