親父の弁当Japanese father’s bentou everyday

今日もまた朝5:20に目覚まし時計が鳴った。

何年も朝、弁当を作るために早起きしていると、目覚まし時計が鳴る前に意識は起きている。目覚まし時計がなるのを待っている自分がいるのがわかる。

さて今日の弁当は、冷蔵庫にあった腐りかけのインゲン豆、鳥を茹でた固まり、卵とベーコン、玉ねぎをアラカルト。

20分で作りました。

また明日も創造しましょう。

I took day offs for four days.

It’s the priority of part timers after retirement.

Instesd of decreasing the wages I have had the time to do anything.

Tiday’s my box lunch:

Rice:

For East Asian rice is the principles for life. 300 Yen per one kiro is not so expensive. In Japan rice is only the products which Japan can produce domestically.

 Thanks to the Japanese farmers.

On the rice I put something like dried fish flakes.

What we call “Furikake”

And also I put the boiled fungi and sea weed with Japanese taste.

Side dish: 

Scranble egg and fried onions and bacon

Fried chickens salty

Kidney beans with miso taste

Miso means soybean paste.

And the disposal chopsticks is very useful. 

I can enjoy the lunch in my office. So good.

I think that the best food is one which I cook it by myself.
