親父の弁当 Japanese father’s box lunch everyday

今日はお勤めの年内最終日

外は寒い。子供は今札幌にいるが、外には出られないと言っていた。猛吹雪。

 冷蔵庫を見ると、ベーコンの残り、キャベツの残り、ちくわがあった。

昨夜の肉じゃがの汁が残っていたので、それにちくわを入れ煮る。

ウインナーソーセージをグリルで焼き、ベーコンとキャベツの千切りを炒め、カレーと塩で味付け。

これでなんとかおかずはできた。

めでたし、めでたし。

Rice:

 On the rice I put the dried flakes of cuttlefish and sea weed and sesame seed.

Side dish:

On the way of getting back to my home yesterday I got good crocket for my box lunch near the subway Tanimachi line.

Crocket What we call “korokke”

Fried Bacon and cabbeges with curry powder and salt.

Chikuwa with Japanese taste.

Chikuwa means fish stick. In Japan Chikuwa is the main grocerry for Oden.

Oden is the potofu in western society.

 Just like that.
