Japanese father’s my own box lunch
It’s Tuesday today.
It’s colder day by day.
But I cook my box lunch everyday.
It’s so fun and interesting.
Today’s lunch
Rice:
With dried bonito Japanese taste
Side dish:
Baked surmon
Fried chicken
Scranble egg and vegitables
Vegitable: Onion and fungi
So happy!
My kichen’s instruments:

It’s warm today here.
But in Hokkaido and Tohoku area and Hokuriku are so snowy.
Today’s box lunch:
Rice:
With dried cod fish flakes salty and dried bonito flakes soy saurce and sugar taste.
Side dish:
Baked sausage
Fried pork and green vegetables.
Green vegetables means piments and a kind of pepper.
horse radish pickles
I live in southen Osaka. Comperatively warmer than any district in Japan.
In winter our solar photovoltaic generation shows the good ratio to generate the erectoricities. Of course the best season is Summer.

Japanese father’s Sunday lunch
Today is Sunday.
My wife cooked the spaghetti with tomato saurce with basil and Parmesan cheese.
Delicious!
The metal equipment is what we call “Oroshigane”.
With this device I make Wasabi paste from Japanese horseradish.
When I cook the spaghetti and gratan I use this equipment to make the powder of cheese.
Japanese father’s Saturday lunch
Today is day off too. So I did a lot of house chores like taking the bricks to the garden to separate the aria between the plants and the earth. Then I went to the South harber aria of Osaka what we call “Nankou aria” with my family. Yesterday I went to my parent’s house then Today to buy the cloths once a year. The whole sale by Desant, famous Design and Character bland for the any sports.
Unbro, Assics, Marmot, le quock, munsing wear and so on. Such a brand is very expensive usually. But three day of a year is extordinally very cheap. About one third.
Really? That’ right.
For example usual cost of the genuin wool pants for men is $150, but then I bought it for $50 with no consumption tax.

Today is my day off. I work four days per week, What we call part timers. I retired two years ago. Now I have no pentions. After getting it I must work because another pension will start to pay when I will be 65 years old.
Japanese pension system is two way. One is it from Company and others is from Gervernment.
I must continue to work until 70 years old in Japan. I can’t say my life after retirement is the living comfortably.
I and my wife grow lemon tree in our garden. We take care of it with non chemicals and organic.
Now the lemons grow bigger and become yellow and green mixed color.
It’s very beautiful. The ratio between the two color is changing day by day and marble color in appear in front of us.
We enjoy it everyday.

Now it’s 5:30 am Dec.14.2017.
I found the frozen Hamburg in the refuge. At the same time I found the mash potato salad. I decided to make it to gratan. So I put the cheese on it and into the special plate for the oven and baked it. But I forgot to put it into my lunch box. Oh my god! In my language Oh my Budda!
The upper gratan is for my breakfast.
Rice:

Side dish:
Hamburg with demi taste and boiled carrot
main dish
Tempra of fish meal paste and fungi boiled with Japanese popular taste.
Main dish:
Fried Oyster and carrot with Chinese taste
@Japanese popular taste means soy saurce and sugar and mirin, (a type of sake with low alcohol and high sugar content
@Chinese taste means the taste of soy saurce and Chinese Chili Bean Sauce and sweet soy saurce.
Generaly the month included “r” in the spelling is better to eat oyster in raw safely.
January, February, March, ——-,December and so on.
Oppasitly May —-August are dangerous to eat it in raw, so we must eat it with heat.

@Japanese popular taste means the taste of soy saurce and sugar and Mirin
The blue box is hashi box. A set of chopsticks are in the box.
Steamed yeast bun and pork paste with soy saurce and Chinese taste
Steamed yeast bun, what we call “Butaman” Buta means pork and man means mantou.
Mantou is Chinese language. It means manjuu
in Japanese.
It is very cold day today. But in my area sun shine is pouring over me. I live in southern area of Osaka. So warmer than Kyoto.
