I ate this as my break first.
The upper photo is the small park near my office. Every xmas season inhabitants around this Nakaooe park put the Xmas ornaments to the tree. And the message board says “Let’s take care this park for us”.
So Twenty five years ago this park was Dirty and laugh conditions. Then many people decided to clean and grow the plants and had been continued a lot of events.
Thanks to everybody around this Nakaooe park in Osaka City.

Yesterday I joined the mini live of Masanobu Hiroishi, singer and song writer, in Takaishi city Osaka.

Today is Sunday. No box lunch.
So next is a break first which I like usually.
Tea: Earl Grey With lemon
plate: muffin with cheese and baked sausages
This dish is one which Tenshin Jyuba who live in Kobe kita ward in Hyougo prefectures made.
I like the Earl Grey tea best.
I and my wife grow lemon tree in our small garden. We had a lot of unchemical lemons.

Graham flour is best for muffin. Now we can buy muffin easily in Japan. When I was younger I only could find a muffin in the magazine and brochure for the tourist to Europe.

It’s cloudy. it was heavy wind Yesterday.

Special fried rice included ham and onion with thin baked egg on it.
Side dish:
hamberg demigras saurce and boiled carrot
okonomiyaki with saurce and dried thin bonito
tomato and green vesitable
Yesterday I went to my parent’s home in Nara prefectures. My father is 88 years old and my mother is 83 years old. They live there very finely. I come back to my home town once a week to see them. Then I feel their aged conditions. Gradually they are becomng weak.
In my generation I must take care of them alone. Wao!

It’s day off today. Now I work four days in a week. I had been a part timer worker for two years. So this box lunch is for my son. I’m very happy to cook the meal for myself or others.
Today I decided Shaimai of Horai was main in this lunch. Horai is a very famous Chinese food distributer in Osaka Japan.
Horai at Tennouji station in JR is very popular store more than others. Because Horai Tennouji shop has been continued for a long time and keep the traditions of original period.

豚肉とインゲン、にんじんの炒め物、オイスターソース味
高野豆腐
3冷蔵庫を見ると豚肉の角切りが残っていた。あたりには、にんじんとインゲン豆、それをフライパンで炒め、オイスターソース、トンカツソース、醤油で味付け。
シュウマイは冷凍のものを電子レンジで。
高野豆腐、煮さばは昨日の夕飯の残りを温めた。
今日も朝から、創造力満開。
いいスタートです。
Today When looking around in the refuge I found the pork and carrot and French beans.
I fried them together and seasoned with ouster sauce and soy sauce.
Chinese food “Shuumai” with electric range one minute and boiled mackerel seasoned with soy sauce and sugar.
Koyadoufu, freeze dried beans curd is very nice for Japanese taste.
It is good start.

親父の弁当365日 A Japanese father’s lunch box 365 days
はじめに
私は自分と子供の弁当を子供が中学生になった頃から作り続けてきた。その必要性があったからだが、もともと料理が好きだったこともあり、現在まで続けている。
このブログは、毎日朝5時に起き、冷蔵庫を開け、あるいは前の日に準備をしておき、弁当を作る毎日の記録である。
日本の親父として、弁当を自分で作っている人はかなり少ない。
「愛妻弁当」という日本語がある。
この言葉は弁当は妻が作ることを前提とした熟語だからだ。
私は同時に英語でも発信し、親父が作る日本食としての弁当のことを知ってもらいたい。
Introduction
I have cooked the box lunch for myself and my sons for twenty years. I get up at five o’clock in the morning and cook it with the groceries looking for in the refuge or with them which prepared yesterday.
This is a reminder of making the box lunch everyday.
In Japan we have the pair of kanji like “aisai bentou”.
It means the box lunch which a wife cooked it.
As the traditional custom in Japan woman makes the meal everyday and also box lunch for her family.
I want you to know that Japanese “Oyaji” , one of what we call father cook the box lunch every day and the contents of it with photo and sentences.
